Terms & Conditions

By hiring Baker Demo & Dirt Work, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Scheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled start time may result in a cancellation fee.
Weather delays or unforeseen site conditions may require rescheduling. We will communicate with you promptly in such cases.

2. Payments

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon job completion.
Accepted payment methods: cashier’s checks, bank cards, and cash. No personal checks are accepted.
Failure to pay may result in legal action and the customer will be responsible for all associated collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs.

3. Utilities & Permits

It is the customer’s responsibility to have all underground utilities properly located and marked before work begins. Baker Demo & Dirt Work is not responsible for damages to unmarked or improperly marked utilities.
Any permits or fees required by local, county, or state agencies are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Site Access & Safety

No one is allowed on the job site without prior permission from Baker Demo & Dirt Work.
Anyone allowed on site must wear proper safety gear at all times.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the worksite is accessible for equipment and clear of obstacles (vehicles, debris, etc.) unless otherwise discussed in advance.
Baker Demo & Dirt Work reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are present until those conditions are corrected.

5. Equipment & Liability

Our team operates heavy equipment with safety as a top priority. Customers and bystanders must remain a safe distance from all work areas during operations.
We are not liable for damages to driveways, landscaping, or other property if access to the worksite requires heavy equipment travel across these areas.
Baker Demo & Dirt Work is insured and takes all reasonable precautions. However, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control (weather, third-party actions, utility failures, etc.).

6. Scope of Work

Work will be completed as described in the provided estimate or contract. Any additional work requested outside of the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
